New Sugester is a refreshed version of the Sugester application – a well-known and appreciated SaaS platform among Polish entrepreneurs. The new version of the system has been created with an even better adaptation to the needs of the SME sector in mind. We followed the latest trends in user interface and technology to make using the system even more intuitive and efficient.
Our system is still a comprehensive tool combining CRM and Helpdesk functions that support sales, communication, and marketing processes in companies. However, the new version of Sugester offers more possibilities, thanks to the introduction of additional modules that significantly improve business management and customer service.

Organization
The Organization module is the heart of the system, responsible for planning and optimizing work within the company. It allows for dividing employees into teams and assigning them specific tasks in a clear and organized manner. Additionally, with the time tracking feature and vacation management options, managers can monitor work progress and manage resources more effectively.
Helpdesk
The Helpdesk module is a professional ticket handling system for customer inquiries. It allows for receiving requests from multiple channels – email, form, chat – and managing them in one place. Helpdesk offers email response templates, bulk operations on tickets, assigning requests to teams, and tracking statuses. It is a comprehensive tool for building professional customer service.
Emails
The Emails module offers much more than just the ability to receive and send messages. It allows for managing multiple mailboxes, creating folders for organizing messages, and defining filters. This comprehensive tool makes communication with customers clearer and more organized.
CRM
The CRM module allows for building and managing a customer and contact database in a thoughtful and effective manner. With segmentation capabilities, companies can precisely tailor their sales activities to the needs of specific customer groups. VoIP
With the VoIP module and integration with the SuperVoIP phone system, telephone communication with customers reaches a new level. The new Lexical editor offers full support for Markdown, tables, and images. Additionally, helplinks – contextual hints – assist users directly in forms and application views. The changelog system tracks all changes made to the knowledge base entries.

The CMS (Content Management System) module allows for creating and managing websites directly from Sugester. It enables building pages with custom domains, templates, and content. Knowledge bases can be embedded on CMS pages, creating a cohesive help center for customers.
Drive
The Drive module is a space for storing and organizing documents and files within the company. It ensures that all materials are organized and easily accessible in one place. This is particularly useful for companies managing large amounts of data and documentation across various areas of operation.
NOE – Low-Code Platform
The NOE module is a low-code platform for creating custom databases and applications. It allows for defining data structures, forms, and views without the need to write code.
