Name
The name of the space visible in the conversation panel (e.g., “Technical Support”, “Sales”, “General”).
Type
The type of space — public (visible to all consultants) or private (only for selected ones).
Widget
The WebChat widget associated with this space. Conversations from this widget go to the assigned space.
