Teams — organizing group work

Teams in the Organization module allow users to be organized into working groups. Each team has its own board and task statuses.

Name

The name of the team is visible on lists.

Description

Team description — purpose, scope of responsibility, work rules. Visible to team members.

Priority

The order of displaying the team on lists. A lower number = higher priority (displayed earlier).

Type

Team type — defines the purpose and available features?

Active

An inactive team cannot be attached to a new project or task list.

Main

Marks the team as the main (default). The main team is important when filling out Workinfo.

Responsible

Team leader — the person responsible for managing the team and its tasks.

Members

Users belonging to the team. Members see the team’s tasks and can handle them.

Statuses

Task statuses available in this team. Each team can have its own set of statuses.

Code

A unique code identifying the team in the system. Used in API integrations and automations.
