CRM Statuses — Stages and Labels

CRM statuses are used to mark the stages of contacts, sales opportunities, and customers. You define your own statuses tailored to the sales process in your company.

Name

The name of the status displayed in forms and on lists (e.g. “New”, “In Progress”, “VIP”, “Completed”).

Description

Description of the status — when to use it, what it means. Visible only in the admin panel.

Color

The color of the status displayed next to contacts and opportunities. It facilitates quick identification of the stage on lists.

Priority

The order of displaying the status on lists and in filters. A lower number = higher priority (displayed earlier).
