Adding a note on the client card
Maintaining order in client relationships requires a place to record agreements, comments, or specific requirements. The Notes section on the client card in Sugester is your team’s digital notebook that allows for continuity of service – regardless of who is currently talking to the client.
How to add a note?
You have two convenient ways to add a new note:
- Directly in the notes section: On the client card, scroll down to the Notes block. In the upper right corner of this block, there is a “+” icon. Click it to open the add note window.

- Through the main card menu: Click the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the client card and select Add note from the list.

In both cases, a form will open where you can fill in:
- Name: A short title that allows for quick identification of the topic (e.g., “Client received a discount”).
- Content: Details of the agreements.
- Date: Default set to the current date, but you can change it if the note pertains to past events.
How to edit an existing note?
If the agreements have changed or you need to add new information to an existing note, you do not need to delete the old entry.
- In the Notes section on the client card, find the note you are interested in.
- Click the three dots icon (“…”) located on the right side of the note.
- Select the Edit option.
- Make the corrections and click Save.
Why is it worth using notes?
- No gaps in information: Even if another operator takes over the conversation with the client, with one glance at the notes, they will know that the client, for example, requested a call on Monday morning.
- Everything in one place: Notes are closely linked to the client card, so you don’t have to search for information in emails or chats.
- History of cooperation: Over time, notes create a complete history that is invaluable when resolving disputes or analyzing long-term cooperation.
Tip: It is advisable to develop the habit of adding a note right after a phone conversation if you are not using the VoIP module or after an important agreement in a chat. This way, your team always works with up-to-date data, and you gain peace of mind knowing that nothing important will escape your attention.
