SIP Accounts — Managing Lines

SIP accounts are individual phone lines assigned to users. Each SIP account connects to a VoIP switchboard and allows making and receiving calls.

Name

The name of the SIP account visible in the panel — usually the user’s first and last name or job title.

Description

Description of the account — additional information (e.g., location, purpose).

SIP Address

The SIP address of the account (e.g., 100@sip.supervoip.pl). A unique identifier for the line in the VoIP system.

Provider

The VoIP service provider with which the SIP account is registered.

VoIP Switchboard

The switchboard to which the SIP account is assigned.

Number

The phone number assigned to the SIP account.

Username

Login for SIP account authorization on the VoIP server.

Password

Password for SIP account authorization.

Responsible

The system user to whom the SIP account is assigned. Calls from this account are linked to this user.

Deleted

Marks the SIP account as deleted (archived). Deleted accounts are not active, but the call history is retained.

Active

Enables or disables the SIP account. An inactive account cannot make or receive calls.

Type

Type of SIP account (e.g., softphone, desk phone, gateway).
