Recurring tasks allow you to automatically create new tasks at specified intervals (e.g., weekly or monthly). This feature is particularly useful for repetitive actions, such as regularly checking tickets, reporting, or handling recurring customer issues.
How to create a recurring task
To create a recurring task, you need an existing task that will serve as a template.
- Open the task that will be the basis of the cycle.
- Click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.
- Select the “Create recurring” option.

After completing these steps, a recurring task configuration card will appear, where you need to set the details for generating subsequent tasks.
