Contacts are individuals associated with a customer record in the CRM — sales representatives, decision-makers, employees of the client’s company. A contact can be assigned to one customer.
Name
Full name of the contact or display name. If you fill in the first and last name, the name will be generated automatically.
Description
Note about the contact — additional information that does not fit into other fields (e.g., communication preferences, remarks).
First Name
First name of the contact person.
Last Name
Last name of the contact person.
Shortcut
Short name or abbreviation identifying the contact. Useful for longer last names.
Email
Email address of the contact. Used for correspondence and searching.
Phone
Landline phone number of the contact.
Mobile Phone
Mobile phone number of the contact.
Position
Position or role of the contact person in the client’s company (e.g., Sales Director, Accountant).
Street
Street and building number in the contact’s address.
Postal Code
Postal code in the contact’s address.
City
City in the contact’s address.
Country
Country in the contact’s address.
WWW
Website of the contact or social media profile.
Personal Number
Identification number of the contact (e.g., PESEL, employee number). Optional field.
Note
Additional note about the contact. Space for any remarks.
Status
Status of the contact (e.g., Active, Inactive, VIP). Uses statuses defined in the CRM.
Responsible
Person from the team responsible for the relationship with this contact.
Client
Company/client to which the contact is assigned. The contact is part of this client’s record.
External ID
Identifier of the contact in an external system. Used for integrations and data synchronization.
