Response templates are pre-written texts that consultants can quickly insert during a chat conversation. They save time on repetitive questions.
Name
The name of the template visible on the list of templates. It should briefly describe the content (e.g., “Greeting”, “Working Hours”, “Link to KB”).
Active
Turns the template on or off. Inactive templates do not appear on the selection list.
Template Content
The response text inserted into the chat window. You can use variables (e.g., customer’s name) for personalization.
User
The consultant for whom the template is intended. Empty = template available to everyone.
