Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you’ll need to enter an SMS code in addition to your password.

How to enable 2FA

1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner
2. Select Profile
3. Click the Edit button
4. Scroll down to the Private profile section
5. Check the Two-factor authentication checkbox
6. In the Verify by field select SMS
7. Enter your phone number
8. Enter the SMS code to confirm your number
9. Save changes

Important

• After enabling 2FA, you’ll receive an SMS code on every login
• Make sure you have access to the phone number you provide
• Account administrator can enforce 2FA for all users
