VoIP PBX is the configuration for connecting to a telephony server (e.g., SuperVOIP, Otvarta). It defines the technical parameters needed to make calls.
Provider
VoIP service provider (e.g., SuperVOIP, Otvarta, other). The choice of provider determines the protocol and method of connection.
Address
VoIP server address (hostname or IP), e.g., sip.supervoip.pl.
Port
VoIP server port. Default is 5060 for SIP.
Synchronization
Enables automatic synchronization of call history with the VoIP server.
CTI Username
Username for the CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) interface. Needed to control calls from the application.
CTI Password
Password for the CTI interface.
Name
Name of the PBX visible in the panel — identifies the VoIP server in lists.
Description
Description of the PBX — additional information (e.g., location, purpose).
Number
Main phone number assigned to the PBX.
Use in autocall
Allows using this PBX for automatic outgoing calls (autocall).
Internal Number
Enables support for internal numbers (extensions) in the PBX.
Internal
Marks the PBX as internal (for communication between employees).
