The VoIP widget is an embedded button on a website that allows customers to make voice calls directly from their browser.

Name

The name of the widget visible in the admin panel. Useful when you have multiple widgets on different pages.

VoIP Switchboard

The switchboard (VoIP server) through which calls from this widget are made.

Description

The description of the widget displayed to customers — e.g., “Call us” or information about availability.

Language

The language of the widget interface (labels, messages).

Active

Enables or disables the widget. An inactive widget does not appear on the page.

Connection Options

Configuration section for the types of connections available in the widget.

Connect Now

Allows customers to make an immediate voice call through the browser.

Request a Call

Enables the option to request a callback at a selected time.

Callback Number

The phone number that the customer can use to request a callback.

Working Hours

The availability hours of the widget for each day of the week. Outside of hours, the widget is hidden or displays a message.

Time Zone

The time zone used to determine the working hours of the widget.
