Update — March 2026 (week 2–3)
A lot has happened in the last two weeks — here are the most important changes that have appeared in the system.
Knowledge Base Widgets Work Everywhere
Until now, the KB widget required Tailwind CSS on the page, which caused issues in older panels, for example. Now, the widgets (knowledge base, changelog, helpdesk) work independently — you can embed them on any page without worrying about style conflicts. We also improved the “Powered by” footers — the links now direct to the correct domain depending on the language.
Faster and Better Search in the Knowledge Base
The search engine in the KB has undergone a significant overhaul. Autocomplete results now appear immediately after typing a phrase — no waiting required. We also fixed the functionality in incognito mode and keyboard navigation (Enter). Additionally, public entries load faster thanks to query optimization.
If you are using the Syntax template — you now have access to the AI content generation button, which was previously only available in the Default template.
Content Editor Works Better on Mobile
We improved the performance of the editor and search on mobile devices — you can now edit entries more conveniently from your phone.
Assign Emails to Projects
A new feature in the mail module — you can now pin an email to a project. The bulk assignment option also works, so if you have several dozen emails related to one topic, you can manage it in just a few clicks.
Recurring Tasks Every 2 Years
If you have processes that repeat every 2 years (e.g., reviews, certifications), you can now set this frequency directly in the task.
Helpdesk — Markdown and Faster Widget
Category descriptions in the helpdesk now support Markdown formatting — you can add headers, lists, and bold text. The helpdesk widget has also been sped up.
VoIP — Clean-Up
The system now checks the uniqueness of SIP numbers (no more random duplicates). We also fixed a bug in CTI that occurred with an incorrect password.
