Update — March 2026 (week 1)

In the first week of March, we introduced several major changes — primarily a completely new content editor and AI enhancements.

New content editor in the knowledge base

Knowledge base entries now have a new editor based on Lexical. Writing is more convenient — you have full formatting (headings, lists, quotes), and you can simply drag and drop images directly into the content. There’s no need to upload files separately anymore.

Checklists are also a new feature — if you are creating step-by-step instructions, you can add checkboxes that the reader can tick off while reading.

AI button in the editor

Directly from the editor, you can now generate the content of an entry with the help of AI. Useful when you need a quick draft of an article or want to expand existing text.

AI prompts — variables and new modes

AI prompts have become more flexible. You can now use Liquid variables, allowing the prompt to automatically pull data from the context — e.g., information about the client, task, or settings. New modes of operation have also been introduced: chat and agent.

Dates in local format

Dates in knowledge base entries are now displayed in a format appropriate for the given language — 04.03.2026 for Polish, 03/04/2026 for French, etc. A small change, but it makes reading easier.

Mail — autoresponder fixes

We fixed the sending of automatic replies and the mechanism for undoing automatic email assignments. If you are using autoresponders, they should now work more reliably.
