How to change language on your account
Sugester is a tool used by teams around the world, which is why it allows for quick changes to the entire interface language. Whether you prefer to work in Polish, English, or another available language, you can do it in just two steps.
Changing the language – step by step
Access to language settings is located in the main menu of the system:
- Click on the system name (Sugester) visible in the upper left corner of the screen.
- In the expanded menu, at the very bottom, you will see a list of available language codes (PL, EN, FR, CS, ES, UA).
- Click on the selected language – the system will automatically reload the page, and from that moment on, the entire interface (menu, button descriptions, labels) will be displayed in the selected language.
What to know about changing the language?
- Interface, not content: Remember that changing the language affects the appearance of your control panel. However, it does not change the language of the content that is already in the system – e.g., entries in the knowledge base, emails from clients, or notes that have already been created in another language.
- Individual setting: The language change is a setting assigned to your account. This means that each user can work in a different language – one employee may have Polish set, while another, working in the same team, may have English. The system will remember your choice upon your next login.
- Available languages: The list of available languages is always visible at the bottom of the mentioned menu, so you can switch between them at any time if needed.
Tip: If your team consists of people speaking different languages, it is worth instructing new employees that they can freely use this feature. It is a huge convenience when onboarding international collaborators!
