How to manage your user profile in Sugester
Managing your user profile in Sugester is more than just changing your photo or password. It is a space that allows you to manage your identity in the system and monitor your own work.
How to access your profile?
You have two quick ways to access your profile:
- Classic method: Click the four dots icon in the top menu, go to the Account section, and select Profile.

- Quick method: Click the Sugester menu in the top right corner of the page and directly select Profile from the list.

Your personal dashboard - Command center
When you enter your profile, you are presented with your personal dashboard - this is your command center. Instead of searching through each module separately, here you have everything served on a platter in one clear view:
- Work Time and WorkInfo Reports: A quick overview of your activity and a summary of your working hours.
- Tasks and task lists: Windows with “Recent tasks” and a preview of your “Task lists,” so you know what is a priority for today.
- Organizational structure: Information about your Teams, Groups, and Departments that you belong to.
-
Holidays and activity: A preview of your holiday requests and recently performed actions in the system.
Thanks to this view, you have a “bird’s eye view” of everything assigned to your account.Private Profile vs. Public ProfileRemember that within the profile settings, we distinguish between two views:
- Private Profile: This is your center for managing login data and security. Here you manage the email address assigned to your account, phone number, and security measures such as two-factor authentication (2FA). Your data is organized for each account separately (this is especially important if you have multiple accounts in Sugester that are interconnected with the “invite user from another account” option).

-
Public Profile: This is your “business card” within the organization. This information is visible to colleagues when they check who completed a task or added a note. In this view, the most important elements are:
- Avatar: Allows others to quickly recognize you.
- Full name: Your digital business card.
- Description: A place for a brief note about your role or availability hours.
What can you edit?
Editing your profile gives you control over how you function in the system:
- Contact details: Update your phone number or display name.
- Security: Here you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) - we recommend this option to enhance the security of your account.
- Password: Change your password yourself if needed.
Tip: Your dashboard (profile view) is a great starting point for each workday. Instead of opening the task or report module separately, start from your profile – this way, you will immediately see if you have new assignments or if the system requires any action from you.
