Bria Solo (formerly X-Lite) is a popular VoIP softphone application available on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. Below is the configuration guide for Bria with SuperVoIP.
1. Download and Installation
- Go to the Bria Solo website and download the version for your system.
- Install the application and create a Bria account (registration required).
- Log in to the application.
2. Data Needed for Configuration
Before configuring, prepare the data from the SuperVoIP panel:
- Log in to the SuperVoIP panel.
- Go to: Virtual PBX -> Workstations
- Read the data for your workstation (SIP):
- SIP Account Number — 7-digit number (e.g., 1290245)
- SIP Password — password for the SIP account (different from the login password for the panel!)

sip.supervoip.pl - Port: 5060 (UDP), 5061 (TCP/TLS)
- Transport: recommended TCP
3. Configuring SIP Account in Bria
Desktop (Windows / Mac)
- Open Bria Solo.
- Log in to your Bria account at solo.softphone.com.
- Select Voice and Video → Add Voice Configuration.
- Choose the option Have your own PBX or SIP Server?
- Fill in the fields:

- Download Bria Solo from the App Store or Google Play.
- Log in to your Bria account.
- The SIP configuration will automatically sync with the settings from the web portal (previous step).
- On iOS: go to Settings → Account → Registration Mode and change to Single Device Emulation (ensures correct call notifications).
4. Connection Verification
After configuration:
- Check if Bria shows the status Ready (green icon).
- Make a test call.
- If the status is Not Ready or Registration failed:
- Check the correctness of the SIP account number and password
- Ensure that the firewall is not blocking ports 5060-5061
- Try changing the transport from TCP to UDP
